Level One: Mindset & Firearm Fundamentals (No Live Fire)
- Autumn, focuses on mindset and resiliency training, helping you develop confidence and situational awareness.
- Peter provides a hands-on introduction to firearms, focusing on safe handling, grip, stance, and dry-fire practice.
- This level is designed to make you completely comfortable handling your firearm in a stress-free, supportive environment
- This class also provides Pepper Spray Certification and will provide you with a pepper spray canister.
- Autumn (2nd-degree black belt and former police officer) teaches practical defensive tactics tailored for real-world situations.
- Peter introduces live-fire range drills, building on the fundamentals you mastered in Level One to develop safe and effective shooting skills.
- Conducted in a controlled building environment in Brunswick, this advanced class emphasizes tactics, movement, and decision-making.
- Students participate in realistic, scenario-based training to apply their defensive skills, reinforcing mindset and readiness.
